At QuietVerse Creations, owned and operated by QuietVerse Digital Design Services, we offer both digital products and physical merchandise (print-on-demand). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

1.1 Finality of Sales
Since these products are intangible and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been granted.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment).

• You did not receive the digital product due to a technical issue (e.g., failed delivery).

• The file is corrupt or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

1.3 Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contact@quietversecreations.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue.

1.4 Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital downloads, cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)

2.1 General Policy
All sales are final. Since merchandise is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or size exchanges. Replacements are only offered for defective or misprinted items.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Customers must contact us at contact@quietversecreations.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

2.3 Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2.4 Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
